I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan with 11 years of experience after graduating from Oakland University with my Masters in Counseling.  With Intentions Counseling, I work with adults 18+ as a Mental Health Clinician in Telehealth.

 My mission is to empower adults to navigate lifes's challenges with resilence, self-compassion, and clarity creating a safe, supportive space for growth, healing and lasting change.
